Annual General Meeting
The AGM is held each year in May or June. Notices are posted on the shop website, in the Radley News and on notice-boards around the village.

The accounts presented at the first ever AGM held on 18 May 2008 show that the shop made a surplus of around £2,500 on sales of £120,000 in the first seven months of trading to 31 December 2007. Since then turnover has continued to improve with sales now regularly over £5,000 per week. Profits have also increased year on year, reaching just over £11,500 in 2010. Under the constitution, members vote each year on the commitee's recommendation for the use of any surpluses. These can either be re-invested into the shop's future or applied to other village projects.

Management Committee
Radley Village Shop Association is led by a management commitee whose members are elected at the AGM each May. As well as the volunteers who serve in the shop, etc, many other people in Radley help or have helped with the shop project. Particularly thanks go to Margaret Lovell who did so much to get the shop up and running. And especially to Graham Steinsberg, our first chairman, whose inspiration and energy contributed so much to setting up Radley Village Shop and leading the business until it was successfully operational.
