Volunteers enjoy free Christmas meal at Bowyers Arms
On 23 December 2008, Leigh Reed, manager of the Bowyer Arms in Radley, hosted a
free Christmas meal for the volunteers of Radley Village Shop and shop manager, Jon Goodenough. Over 50 volunteers attended, some with
partners. The enjoyable evening continued the practice of rewarding the effort of the
volunteers with a chance to meet each other 'off shift'. Other volunteer social events
